At Nish Jewels, we aim to provide you with jewellery that you truly love. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to assist you.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized jewellery
- Items purchased during sale or discount
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Nish Jewels reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
